The floors will need to be patched or replaced, but the frame is straight and strong. Both quarters have a bit of bondo but are easily fixed. The interior will need a little work, but not much, and it is really the easiest part of the restoration. All the wiring, instrument panel, seats, etc. will come with the car but will need to be restored.
Both seats will need to be reupholstored.
