Someone started restoring the car with new metal in the rear, new rockers, and new floors.  The rear piece is probably the most finished, they started grinding the welds down.  The floors and the rockers are in place but need lots of finishing.  Other then the new metal you also get lots of rust, here, there, and almost everywhere
