The engine was rebuilt by Ed Hale for the 1/4 mile (still have the 4:11 gears, now has 3:50) The car starts and runs strong but dies when put into gear or depressed brake pedal. Been chasing down this ,what seems to be a vacuum leak, problem for a while and just do not have anymore time. Can still get the car going down the road but have to ride the throttle. B&M auto shift kit with line lock for the front brakes. This car is very loud and fast and is a nearly complete project. Extra engine parts
