I bought this car at my local salvage auction with light damage to the front end (as you can see in the last few pictures (from COPART) normally I would cut it in half and export it but it was an easy fix and I had ll parts available
The car runs and drives pretty decent no smokes or leaks
, radio works , tires have some life left
I replaced the radiator support , hood and headlights , paint is amateurish and color does not quite match but that’s what I had available so that’s what I used
Parts are not properly aligned and bumper is damaged under the grill , when doing your numbers for this project you should consider a paint job and a new front bumper
ac needs recharge as i also replaced the condenser
the convertible top worked twice when it first came in but has not operated the last few times i tried and i dont have the tools and skills to reset it
The car looks ok and drives fine it is a good project that you can drive and enjoy while repairing
