1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 project

Factory 351 Cleveland car with factory 4 speed and shaker hood option. Car is a good solid project car with nice floors and rockers and very limited rust for the year. Transmission is thought to be numbers matching, the 351 Cleveland is not numbers matching but is out of a 1970 cougar and is a factory 4 bbl Cleveland motor that was running before being pulled.

Some new parts come with to start the rebuild of the engine. Also comes with a nice set of coated headers. I do not have a bellhousing or flywheel for the project. I also do not have the shaker hood scoop. Factory power steering, power front disc brakes, factory tach. Factory Dark ivy green metallic with black hood stripe. The car does come with all the wide factory rocker chrome mouldings in nice condition. Also still has the radiator, exhaust, etc, still in place. Also comes with rear spoiler.

Just went over the car again the floor appears super clean and does not appear to need any work front torque box on drivers side is the only thing I see underneath needing a repair, the rest appears very solid best I have seen for a very long time.

The doors have been repaired in the past but are in very good shape along the seam etc. and open and close like new, you could put a outer skin on the doors and they would be next to perfect. The 1/4s on the car are very nice, not perfect and have had a little over the years but overall are very decent. The front fenders appear pretty much perfect and I don’t think have any rust at all appears to be none at the bottom either. Rockers seem pretty much perfect. Front and rear valance are also in very nice condition. Front inner aprons and rad support have no signs of any previous accident damage, 4 spots of rust on the top edge where the panels over lap, which is the common area for a lot of Fords.
