This is a real nice original 1968 Camaro Z28 barn find! This car is well documented and an easy restoration as most of the difficult to find parts are still intact. This car was repainted at one time many years ago and aftermarket quarters were put on it, other wise the body looks to be original. Floor pans and trunk pan are solid. Rockers are tight. Original “born with” drivetrain matches the original protectoplate. The car was sold once in the early 70’s and had one owner since. The engine was rebuilt and it was stored shortly thereafter for a long period of time. It has only 58,000 original miles. We got it running again and it runs excellent! Tach and gauges still work. The original intake and carb were swapped for performance parts as well as the exhaust manifolds and bellhousing. Most of the other components are original such as distributor, alternator, radiator, pulleys, etc. The 1968 Z28 is a valuable car when properly documented as there are no identifiable numbers to authenticate them. This car is indisputable! If you are looking for a first gen Camaro musclecar to invest in, you won’t go wrong with this one.
